Drop-off FAQs
- UPS packages get picked up between 3-5pm (monday to friday excluding holidays).
- Golden rule: ONE label/tracking number = ONE package! Solution: put all items in one box or contact the original vendor for another label with a different tracking number.
Pick-up FAQs
- Only "Recipient" (name on package) can pick-up. NO EXCEPTIONS as per UPS regulations. If Recipient is unavailable, he/she can request package to be re-delivered.
- 2 pieces of valid, government-issued IDs must be physically presented when picking up package.

All UPS packages must have a UPS Label and taped onto package.

Confirmation of drop-off
UPS drop-offs can receive confirmation via SMS or email.
Purolator drop-offs can only view online status updates by going to Purolator.com with "Purolator PIN CODE" at bottom of shipping label.
